At Kitchen-Plus.com, we stand behind the quality of our products, and
customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely
satisfied with your Kitchen-Plus order, you may return the product(s) for a
full refund or replacement.
Return Instructions:
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, and that’s why
Kitchen-Plus.com has a 15-day return policy from the date of shipment on all
items with no restocking fee.
If you are not happy with a product please follow these four steps:
Contact a Customer Service Specialist by calling 1-866-746-1706 to
obtain a Return Authorization (RTA) code.
Repack the product in its original carton with all packing material. All
products must be returned in like-new condition, in original packaging (whenever
possible), and with your original packing slip to ensure full credit.
On the outside of the package you are returning, print the return shipping
address supplied to you by the Customer Service Specialist and the RTA code;
do not include any other markings or text on the package. Ship your return
prepaid by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as U.S. Postal service
registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express. All return
shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment that was used to purchase
the product(s), or a product replacement within 30 days of our receipt of your
return shipment. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result
of a manufacturing defect or shipping error by us.
